Shipping Information

Dahlia tubers ship in the spring once the risk of freezing has passed. I typically begin fulfillment in April, depending on weather conditions in our region (USDA Zone 6A).

Orders are shipped within the United States only.

All tubers are inspected for quality before packing. Tubers will be labeled by variety and packed to ensure safe travel.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Local Pickup (Upstate NY)

I will offer free local pickup for customers near my farm stand in the Capital region on two set dates (these will be announced closer to the date of the tuber sale).

If local pickup is selected, customers will be notified when their order is ready, along with pickup instructions and exact location.

Orders not picked up within 14 days of notification may be canceled without refund unless other arrangements are made.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be updated or canceled within 7 days of purchase. After that, orders are considered final as we begin preparing inventory.

If a variety becomes unavailable due to storage loss or quality issues, I will contact you with the option of a substitution or refund.
Quality Guarantee

I guarantee that the tubers you receive will be healthy and viable at the time of shipment.

Every dahlia tuber will arrive with a visible eye.
- I cannot guarantee performance once planted due to factors beyond my control (weather, pests, planting conditions, etc.).
- If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please email me with photos within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
