Refund policy

I take great care to ship only healthy, viable dahlia tubers. Because tubers are a live, perishable product, I have a limited refund and replacement policy outlined below.

Condition Upon Arrival

Please inspect your tubers immediately upon delivery.

  • If your tubers arrive damaged, rotted, or unusable, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the tubers and packaging in your message so I can properly assess the issue.

Approved claims will receive a replacement tuber (if available) or store credit. Refunds are issued only if replacements are not available.

Non-Refundable Situations

I am unable to offer refunds, replacements, or credits for the following:

  • Tubers that fail to sprout or grow due to planting conditions, weather, soil quality, pests, rot after planting, or care practices.

  • Tubers damaged by frost, heat, or improper storage after delivery.

  • Orders reported after the 48-hour inspection window.

  • Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering errors.

  • Tubers that show normal variation in size or shape (this does not affect viability).

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Important Notes

  • Dahlia tubers are a natural product, and while we do our best to provide healthy, viable tubers, we can’t guarantee exact bloom color, form, size, or plant height.

  • Every garden is different! Water, fertilization, soil quality, sunlight, spacing, temperature, and weather all play a role in how your dahlias grow and bloom, and results may vary from garden to garden.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
